Vanilla Raspberry Filled Cupcakes
Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! i’m not sure if you noticed, but i kinda love cupcakes.
i whipped these up this morning because i had the hearts and couldn’t imagine waiting until next year to use them! my husband, justin, requested our wedding day cake flavors. so, these are white cake, raspberry-filled with a vanilla buttercream. i used my favorite recipe and then just spooned some raspberry preserves in the middle. they are very, very indulgent and the perfect valentine’s day treat. i’m passing the rest of them out to family later today.
