Baked Sunday Mornings: Cowboy Cookies

the Baked guys NEVER disappoint! seriously.

i could not wait to try their version of cowboy cookies which uses pretzels in place of nuts. chocolate chip cookies are my all time fave as it is, so with the addition of pretzels for that salty/sweet combo…i knew i’d go crazy over these. and crazy i went! they’re super chewy, chocolatey, salty, and sweet. i absolutely adore these cookies!

the trick to perfect chewy cookies is using slightly chilled butter and chilling the dough for atleast 4 hours. it really does work!
